Brian has sex with his co-worker, Kip, in Brian’s office. When Kip asks Brian to promote him after three months with the company, Brian quickly refuses, citing Kip’s lack of experience. At Babylon, Kip seeks out Brian and tells him he should have helped because they are both gay. Brian says that isn’t a reason to promote someone and refuses Kip’s sexual advances. The next day Kip sues the firm and Brian for sexual harassment, claiming Brian promised a promotion in exchange for sex.
Emmett continues to attend the “see the light” group meetings, hoping to become straight. He becomes convinced the program works when his sponsor, Matt, tells Emmett he used to be a drag queen and now he has sexual relationships with women. Worried about Emmett, Ted and Michael hire porn star extraordinaire, Zack O’Toole to seduce Emmett. Zac’s visit proves to Emmett that he can withstand temptation. When he learns Ted and Michael paid for to have Zack seduce him, Emmett accuses them of being unsupportive.
Melanie and Lindsay continue to have problems. The couple host a party for a pregnant friend, where Melanie meets Marianne. Marianne is the complete opposite of Lindsay and understands how Melanie is feeling. A very upset Melanie leaves the house one night and goes to talk to Marianne. They end up having sex. After Melanie tells Lindsay of her affair, she decides to move out of their house.
