When Lindsay and Melanie have the bris for their new baby, Gus, Brian refuses to attend, believing it's just a party. After Michael informs him that Gus is going to be circumcised, Brian angrily goes to stop the procedure. Brian's unpredictable behavior and his involvement as Gus' father create tension between Lindsay and Melanie.
Seeking to recapture Brian's attention, Justin decides to make himself noticed at Babylon. He dances sexily with two men and Brian joins in. Michael, who pretends to be straight, unexpectedly runs into a co-worker in front of a gay bar. Also, Ted finally meets an attractive man and takes him home. But after taking drugs, Ted collapses and the stranger leaves him convulsing on the floor.
