While Ted lies in a coma after taking an accidental overdose of drugs, Melanie informs Brian that he has been named as the executor of Ted's living will. Furious with this news, Brian struggles with the responsibility of deciding Ted's fate. At the hospital, Michael, Emmett and Brian meet Ted's mother and worry about her finding his pornography collection when she mentions she's going to Ted's apartment.
Later, as Michael and Emmett search Ted's apartment for incriminating evidence, they discover a shrine dedicated to Michael.
Meanwhile, Justin's mom, Jennifer (recurring guest star SHERRY MILLER), asks him if he has a boyfriend. Stunned by her unexpected frankness, Justin jumps out of the car and runs to Debbie's house.
Ted awakens to see Brian having sex with a male nurse in the hospital bed next to him.
