Uncle Vic is in the mall bathroom when a man propositions him. After saying he is not interested, Vic gets arrested for indecent exposure. At the jail, Debbie and Melanie discover they need $5,000 for bail. They go to Babylon to try to get bail money, but the only one that can provide help is Blake.
Meanwhile, the King of Babylon contest is underway. Taking Blake to Babylon forces Ted to face his fears of Blake’s addiction, but Blake insists he can resist the temptation. Ted is upset at everyone’s reluctance to accept Blake. But when Blake asks his drug dealer for a favour to help Vic, everyone sees there is something good in Blake.
Brian and David’s antagonism gets out of control when Brian signs David up for the King of Babylon contest. Refusing to allow Michael and Brian to believe he is too old to be sexy, David gets on stage and is a huge success.
Emmett meets the love of his life on the dance floor. The minutes turn into a lifetime as they plan their future. But when Emmett’s loved one goes to the bathroom, he returns in love with another.
Unwilling to allow Brian to continue taking advantage of him, Justin enters the contest. After winning, Justin proves himself to Brian, by stealing away the boy Brian is kissing.
