After accidentally meeting up with Melanie and Lindsay on the street, Justin offers to baby-sit Gus. When Justin sketches a portrait of Lindsay, Melanie and Lindsay convince him to exhibit his work at the Gay and Lesbian Centre’s art show. A lovesick Justin hopes Brian will come to see the portrait Justin drew of Brian. Justin’s mom, Jennifer, decides to go to the exhibition to show her support. When she sees Justin’s rendition of a naked Brian and then sees Brian kissing her son, she runs out. Debbie follows her and helps her understand the situation, letting her know that Brian will hurt her son and there is nothing she can do. Brian buys Justin's portrait of him.
A fully recovered Ted decides he no longer belongs in the club scene and decides to join a group for men over 30 looking for more than sex. He convinces Emmett to go with him and meets a man with similar interests. They go on a date and discover they have a lot in common. Ted, convinced he wants more, pursues the relationship even though he feels no sexual attraction. When the time comes to consummate the relationship, Ted finds he cannot go through with it. He returns to the club scene, where he sees the guy that gave him the drugs. While disillusioned that the guy doesn't even remember his name, Ted ultimately finds he is back where he belongs.
Michael visits David to apologize for his behavior during their date. They end up going to Michael's apartment and having sex. Michael introduces David to Emmett, Ted and Brian. A heavily drugged Brian flirts with David. Upset with Brian's treatment of Michael, David tells Michael of Brian’s treachery. Michael angrily confronts Brian at the Gay and Lesbian Centre’s art show, but Brian weaves his magic and Michael forgives him. Thinking David is Brian's date, Melanie tells him it's always the same thing - Michael worshipping Brian and Brian taking advantage of Michael. When David joins the guys at Babylon, Brian exerts his power over Michael keeping him away from David and feeding him drugs. David grabs Michael and tells him they're leaving. Once back at Michael's apartment, David asks Michael whom he's thinking about while they're kissing. A drugged out Michael just smiles at him.
